Team Manager - DAAT | Northamptonshire Children’s Trust | £42ph | Hybrid
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is currently seeking an experienced Team Manager - DAAT to join their service on a locum basis, providing vital cover within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role Details:
*Position: Team Manager - DAAT
*Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
*Location: One Angel Square
*Working Pattern: Hybrid
*Contract: Sickness Cover
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to lead within an Assessment/Front Door (DAAT) service, overseeing safeguarding decisions and supporting a team managing complex cases. You will play a key role in ensuring timely assessments and high-quality interventions to safeguard children and support families.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Team Manager within Assessment / Front Door services
*Strong background in safeguarding and managing assessment teams
*Ability to lead, support and develop staff in a high-pressure environment
*Confident decision-making and strong risk assessment skills
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established service and make an immediate impact.
Essential Requirements:
*Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
*At least 3 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services
*Social Work England Registration
*Driving license and access to own vehicle
