Key responsibilities:
The successful Client Onboarding Associate candidate will oversee the processing of complex client applications, ensuring all AML and KYC checks are conducted in line with regulatory and internal standards. They will perform detailed risk assessments, manage escalations for high-risk cases, and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders including compliance, finance, and sales. The role involves reviewing and signing off onboarding cases, supporting audits, and ensuring data integrity across internal systems.
The successful candidate:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in client onboarding, investor relations, or a similar operations function within financial services. They will possess a strong understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements, alongside knowledge of retail investment products such as VCTs, EIS, or similar structures.
