We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in the Eccles (M30) area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Previous experience working with children is desirable; however, transferable skills are also warmly accepted (e.g. care work, youth work, coaching, support roles).

Responsibilities
*Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in the classroom and during activities
*Assisting the class teacher in delivering structured and engaging lessons
*Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
*Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
*Encouraging engagement, confidence, and social development
*Supporting classroom routines, structure, and organisation
*Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times
Requirements
*Experience working with children OR transferable skills (care, support work, youth work, coaching)
*Calm, patient, and consistent approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children
*Passion for supporting children with SEMH needs
