FINANCIAL PARAPLANNER£50,000 | HORSHAM | INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL PLANNING FIRM
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and highly regarded financial planning firm in Horsham. The role:
*Collaborate with a team of five financial advisers to prepare detailed financial plans and investment reports
*Collect and analyse client data across income, expenditure, assets, liabilities, insurance, and investment holdings
*Draft suitability letters across a range of scenarios including pension transfers, investments, trusts, and bonds
*Create retirement projections, cash flow models, and insurance analyses using financial planning software, including Voyant
*Conduct product and fund research to support investment recommendations
*Ensure all planning recommendations meet FCA regulatory and internal compliance standards
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and planning systems
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment
*Strong knowledge of a wide range of financial services products
*Confidence in determining and guiding the advice journey
*Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload effectively
