We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a Leighton Buzzard based company in a temp to perm capacity. Our client are one of the market leaders within their sector. This role can offer an immediate start.
Working Hours: 14:00pm - 22:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Contract Type: Temp to perm.
Start Date: ASAP.
Duties:
*Effective set up and efficient running of machines, as required.
*Ensure the quality of product through visual inspection and regular testing.
*Ensure all documentation is checked/signed/dated and correct.
*Receive stock from suppliers, checks receipt notes and visually inspects goods for damage.
*Inspect stock against sampling plan.
*Label material and store in designated areas.
*Pick raw materials for packing and/or production against requisition form and/or picking list.
*Load/unload any vehicles as required adhering to safe manual handling practices.
*General production/warehouse duties.
Skills:
*Previous production, machine operation or warehouse experience is essential.
*Knowledge of machine operation is preferred.
*Excellent computer skills.
*Fluent English - Written & Verbal.
