What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Category Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind concept creation, product development and delivery across a full seasonal category. This is an end-to-end role where you will:
*Lead the full product lifecycle from initial concept through sampling, refinement and production.
*Develop trend-led, commercially engaging ranges—both branded and bespoke.
*Partner closely with creative, technical, commercial and operations teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
*Work directly with global suppliers to manage timelines, quality, costing and continuous improvement.
*Use insight, consumer trends and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and elevate the category.
*Present ranges to key customers and play a central role in shaping category direction.
*Ensure all products meet high standards for quality, compliance and sustainability.
*Attend trade shows to spot emerging trends, new suppliers and future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in Category Management, Buying, Product Development or a similar environment.
* Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers.
* A strong creative instinct and a passion for innovation.
* Confident communication and presentation skills—you’ll often be customer-facing.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
* A solutions-focused, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
* The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
