Established Sussex Practice Seeking Enthusiastic Paralegal
A good opportunity with plenty of future potential for a Commercial Paralegal has arisen join a well-established and supportive legal team in Worthing. The firm are an established name in the Sussex legal sector with longstanding clients and a focus on delivering quality of service over volume of work. This role is ideal for someone with a background in commercial property already, or perhaps residential work, confident managing files, engaging with clients, and keeping transactions running smoothly.
Working closely with a dedicated commercial property lawyer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and file management support, helping to progress matters promptly and in line with procedures and regulations and have plenty of client engagement too.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the supervising lawyer.
*Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, agents, business brokers, and other third parties.
*Open new files and obtain AML/KYC documentation.
*Prepare documentation across the life of the file/transaction.
*Draft legal documents and correspondence.
*Answer telephone calls and assist with enquiries.
About You
*Prior experience in a commercial property team.
*Solid understanding of legal office processes and commercial property procedures.
*Confident using case management systems and MS Office.
*Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
*Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities.
