This opportunity is to join a Legal 500 firm as part of its growth strategy for a mid-level commercial lawyer to be a key member of the Business team in the Swindon office.
As a qualified commercial lawyer, you will be working with a diverse range of clients, including ambitious start-ups and entrepreneurs, charities, SMEs, privately owned businesses and UK subsidiaries of multinational organisations.

Aspects of the role:
*Drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements and terms.
*Tailor bespoke agreements and licences
*Advise on IP, IT and data protection matters
*Keep up to date with emerging technologies, including AI
About you:
*Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained either in-house or private practice
*Interest in business development and growing the firm’s client base
