Key ResponsibilitiesAs a School Caretaker, your responsibilities may include:

*Completing COSHH and risk assessments
*Acting as a key holder and point of contact on site
Essential RequirementsApplicants must have:
*Proven experience as a School Caretaker or Site Manager
*Previous experience working within schools or education settings
*Relevant caretaking or facilities qualifications
*Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
*COSHH training
*The ability to work independently and proactively
*A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
