About the Role
We are recruiting for a Reception & Customer Experience Executive to join a high-end serviced office environment in Central London.
This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to tenants and visitors, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the building.
You’ll be the face of the business, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, from front-of-house presentation to tenant support and building coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House & Customer Experience
*Provide a professional, warm welcome to all tenants and visitors
*Manage reception, calls, and daily enquiries
*Maintain a consistently high standard across reception and communal areas
*Build strong relationships with tenants and deliver a high level of service
*Handle post, deliveries, and access control (fobs/cards)
Tenant & Client Support
*Act as the main point of contact for tenant queries and requests
*Ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly
*Support tenants with day-to-day office requirements and requests
*Deliver a consistently high standard of service across the building
Building & Facilities Coordination
*Carry out daily checks to maintain presentation and operational standards
*Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the relevant teams
*Ensure offices and communal spaces are prepared ahead of viewings
*Support the smooth running of the building at all times
Administration
*Maintain accurate building and client records
*Update internal systems and track additional services / recharges
*Support client move-ins and move-outs, including documentation
*Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible
About You*Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
*Professional, well-presented, and confident dealing with clients
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
*Competent using Microsoft Office
