We’re looking for an experienced Head of Transactional Finance to lead our clients Billing, Credit Control and Accounts Payable teams within a fast-paced, PE-backed facilities management business. This role will report into to the Financial Controller, you’ll ensure strong processes, accurate outputs and effective cashflow management across all transactional activity.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the transactional finance function covering billing, credit control and AP.
*Directly manage a Senior Credit Controller, AP Supervisor and Billing Manager.
*Oversee invoicing accuracy, debtor performance, supplier payments and reconciliations.
*Maintain strong financial controls and ensure processes align with accounting principles.
*Drive improvements in efficiency, reporting and system use.
*Support month-end close and provide insight to the Financial Controller.
*Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes.
