Job Description:
Logistics Systems Data Analyst
*Crawley (Hybrid - currently 2 days on-site, 3 days WFH, with flexibility).
*£223 per day (Inside IR35)
*37.5 hours per week
*Contract to end of September (likely extension into 2027)
*We’re recruiting for a Logistics Systems Data Analyst to support spare parts operations within a European function.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain ERP system integrity and ensure data accuracy
*Monitor and resolve ERP/EDI transactional errors
*Analyse data trends and implement corrective actions
*Develop automated processes and reporting tools
*Produce clear, accurate reports for operational and management teams
*Support logistics, planning, and parts teams with data insights
*Contribute to continuous improvement and global projects
Skills & Experience:
*Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BaaN)
*Advanced Excel and strong IT skills
*SQL and database knowledge
*Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
*Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
*Supply chain knowledge preferred
*EDI experience a bonus
