Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
About the Role
Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business in Wolverhampton in the recruitment of a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.


Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant
*Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
*Producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
*Providing insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
*Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation
*Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors as required
*Monitoring costs, margins, and performance against KPIs
*Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
*Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures


The Successful Candidate will have the Following:
*Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*Proven experience in a management accounting role
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems
*Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
*Well-organised with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
