Job Description:
Position: Quality Calibration Engineer
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 15:45, Friday 06:00 – 13:00
Location: Commutable from Camberley, Bracknell, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford, Aldershot and surrounding areas

Responsibilities
Working in a state of the art and modern factory, your role as a Quality Calibration Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of Calibrated Equipment and its System in line with key Aerospace requirements, fundamentally focusing around EN_9100 and traceability to National & International Standards.
*Maintain Calibrated Equipment business wide (managing Internal and External Calibration requirements).
*Maintain QMS requirements in line with ongoing standard requirements/expectations (AS9100 and Customer Flow Down Requirements).
*Prepare and organise internal audits, including NCR closure.
*Assist Customer requirements with Annual Audit Requirements.
*Processing supplier/customer returns for non-conforming supplied items.
*Identify and investigate trends from internal failure modes.
*Ensure QA activities and priorities are fulfilled with the aim of achieving on time delivery (both internally and externally) of product.
*Communicate directly with Customers’ quality representatives when investigating customer complaints.
Requirements
*Calibration Experience (Physical experience and understanding)
*Good understanding of AS9100/ISO 9001/EN9100 and its requirements
*Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
*Ability to work under pressure.
*Able to work independently and in a team environment.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
