£30,000 rising to £33,000 upon successful completion of probation + quarterly bonuses & end of year bonus

Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, office based
The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation within the electronics sector, who are recognised as leaders within their field.
This is an office-based role focused on managing customer accounts, delivering a high level of service, and supporting the smooth running of order and stock processes. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, providing proactive and solutions-focused support
*Processing and managing orders, forecasts, and stock levels
*Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
*Communicating with clients via phone and email in a professional manner
*Working closely with internal and external teams to support account growth
*Identifying opportunities to develop accounts and support new business growth
*Producing reports and ensuring commercial targets (including margin and stock) are met
*Occasional travel as required
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in an Account Manager, Customer Relationship, or similar role
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using IT systems including Excel, email, and CRM systems
*Ability to manage workload independently and proactively
*A desire to learn, develop, and progress
