What will you do?
This award-winning forward-thinking law firm with offices across the South West is actively hiring a Senior Corporate Solicitor. You will focus specifically on supporting Private Equity portfolios and Strategic Corporate clients with all their group development. You will design and deliver bespoke acquisition and disposal programs & restructurings

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
*Advise UK and international businesses on corporate transactions, including:
*Mergers, acquisitions & disposals
*Cross Border international work
*Advising Private Equity portfolios and strategic corporates

*Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
*Actively contribute to the team’s growth and strategy


What You’ll Need:
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales
*Minimum of 8+ year’s post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
*Background in either a large commercial practice or smaller boutique firm welcomed
*Cross border experience an advantage
