We are recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager on behalf of a leading organisation within the medical devices sector.

This is a key role responsible for driving customer satisfaction, improving service quality and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, resolve issues effectively and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
*Monitor and manage customer experience metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
*Analyse customer feedback and behavioural data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
*Support the development and delivery of customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
*Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
*Contribute to the development of escalation processes to improve resolution times

Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
*Proven experience in customer experience, service operations or a similar role
*Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
*Experience working with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
