Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community for a long-term role.
About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
*Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
*Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and well being.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
