Executive Transport Coordinator – Operations & Customer ServiceLocation: West London
Salary: £27,500 – £29,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Executive Transport Coordinator to join a well-established private hire and executive transport operation based in West London.
This is a live operations support role, combining customer service excellence with day-to-day coordination of drivers and executive journeys. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, chauffeurs, and internal teams, ensuring that all VIP and corporate transport bookings are handled smoothly and professionally.
This role is best suited to someone with previous experience in private hire, chauffeur operations, or live transport coordination who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities*Serve as a central point of contact for customers, call centres, and chauffeurs
*Monitor and manage bookings and journey progress in real time
*Provide proactive updates to clients regarding delays, changes, or special requests
*Support controllers in scheduling, planning, and live operational adjustments
*Liaise with chauffeurs to confirm assignments and provide real-time operational guidance
*Maintain accurate records and logs in booking and dispatch systems
*Assist with operational reporting and client communications
*Contribute to maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction
*Support general operational administration as required
Candidate Profile*Previous experience in private hire, chauffeur operations, transport coordination, or executive travel is essential
*Strong customer service skills with a professional and discreet approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
*Comfortable working in a live operations environment with time-sensitive journeys
*Confident using internal systems, email, and telephone communication
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to think quickly under pressure
What’s on Offer*£27,500 – £29,000 per annum
*Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (no weekends)
