Operations Coordinator – Executive Passenger TransportLocation: West London
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (day shift – hours to be agreed)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join a well-established executive passenger transport operation based in West London.
This is a live operations role within a premium, service-led environment, supporting the coordination of high-end passenger journeys including corporate travel, VIP bookings, and airport transfers.
You will be working closely with controllers, chauffeurs, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional service is delivered at all times.
This role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in chauffeur operations, private hire control, executive transport, or a similar live transport coordination environment.
Key Responsibilities*Act as a key point of contact for clients, chauffeurs, and internal operations teams
*Monitor and manage live passenger journeys, including airport schedules, arrivals, and departures
*Proactively communicate any delays, changes, or service updates
*Support controllers in managing fleet allocation and daily operational flow
*Handle last-minute amendments and urgent VIP requests in a live environment
*Assist with planning and coordination of executive bookings and resources
*Maintain accurate records of journeys, bookings, and vehicle movements
*Liaise with chauffeurs to confirm schedules and provide real-time updates
*Manage customer queries and service issues professionally and discreetly
*Support operational reporting and service updates for management
*Contribute to continuous improvement of service standards and efficiency
Candidate Profile*Previous experience in chauffeur operations, private hire control, executive transport, or live passenger transport coordination is essential
*Strong understanding of live dispatch, scheduling, or transport control environments
*Confident communicator with a professional and service-led approach
*Able to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving operational setting
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
*Comfortable working in a premium, client-facing operations environment
