Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account Lead to design, configure, and lead Workday Financials (Workday Finance Assets & Supplier Account) solutions within large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in helping our clients maximize the value of their Workday investment, from requirements definition through deployment and adoption.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead and participate in all phases of a Workday R2R deployment: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
* Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and advise on best practices.
* Configure Workday modules for financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific requirements during global rollouts.
* Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend appropriate mitigation approaches.
* Ensure integration of R2R processes with other modules and systems (Finance, IT, PMO).
* Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday methodology (and Accenture Workday Methodology).
* Report progress to the Project Manager and effectively manage stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
* Contribute to innovation through the creation of leading methodologies and market asset
