A respected construction consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Employer’s Agent to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Employer’s Agent with strong affordable housing experience to take on a key role within a well-established construction environment.
This Senior Employer’s Agent role offers the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of residential schemes. The Senior Employer’s Agent will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across all construction stages.


The ’Senior Employer’s Agent’s’ roleThe Senior Employer’s Agent will act on behalf of clients across affordable housing projects, administering JCT contracts and ensuring successful delivery.
Responsibilities include stakeholder management, reporting, overseeing construction progress, and managing programme, cost, and quality.


The ’Senior Employer’s Agent’The ideal Senior Employer’s Agent will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline and have proven affordable housing experience.
MRICS (or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness and communication skills are essential.
