Cover Supervisor – Bradford | Strong Behaviour Management Needed
Location: Bradford
Role Type: Supply
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Are you confident in the classroom and able to take control when it matters?
We are looking for resilient, proactive Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Bradford.
If you’ve got strong behaviour management skills and can keep students focused and engaged — this role is for you!
Your Role:? Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
Deliver pre-set work and keep students on track
Maintain strong behaviour management at all times
Think on your feet and respond to challenges confidently
Build positive relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For: Experience working in UK secondary schools (essential)
Confident with behaviour management strategies
Calm, professional, and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills
Flexible and reliable
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
