The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and be well versed working in a generalist HR position.

Job Description
*Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
*Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, apprenticeships and contractual changes.
*Contribute to HR projects and promote company values, culture, and continuous improvement
*Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
*Maintain legal compliance and fair application of HR policies.
