Day to Day:
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance and operations of the site. You’ll lead from the front, motivating and coaching your team to achieve both sales and service targets while ensuring the smooth running of the branch at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, coaching and developing a customer-facing team
*Driving sales performance, upselling and new business generation
*Analysing performance data and implementing improvements where needed
*Overseeing daily branch operations, presentation and security
*Managing enquiries, lettings, merchandise sales and account management
*Processing payments and supporting basic credit control activities

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a proactive and commercial manager with a strong background in customer-focused environments.
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
*At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales, retail or hospitality role
*A minimum of 2 years’ management experience, ideally leading small teams
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Flexibility to work rota’d shifts, including weekends
*A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
