Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Oversee the full lifecycle of packaging procurement, from identifying and onboarding vendors to negotiating terms and evaluating their performance.
*Maintain a strong understanding of market movements and apply pricing strategies.
*Manage supplier partnerships, tracking KPIs such as price, quality, and service reliability.
*Collaborate with NPD, Marketing, and wider business teams to support efficient operations.




Profile
The successful candidate would have:
*Hands-on experience in sourcing and managing packaging materials, ideally gained within a similar food manufacturing industry.
*Thrives in a fast-paced, with strong analytical skills and and a proactive mindset.
*Excels at building strong working relationships and has excellent communication skills.
Job Offer
On offer to the candidate:
*Up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
*Hybrid working (4 days per week in office).
