Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Manage end-to-end procurement for dairy, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance reviews.
*Keep up-to-date on supply markets and execute effective buying strategies.
*Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs including price, quality, and service.
*Work closely with NPD and Marketing, as well as other teams across the business to ensure smooth business operations.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
*Dairy procurement experience, ideally within a similar food manufacturing business.
*Thrives in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment with a naturally inquisitive and enthusiastic approach.
*Demonstrates effective stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Job Offer
On offer to the candidate:
*Up to c.£70,000 per annum depending on experience.
*Hybrid working (4 days per week in office).
