Primary Supply Teachers – Day-to-Day Roles
Area: Croxteth (L12) and surrounding Liverpool locations
Work Type: Flexible, day-to-day supply
Open to: Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners
Start Date: From May 2026
Daily Pay: £120 – £232.56 (rate dependent on experience)
From May 2026, Teaching Personnel will be supporting local primary schools in Croxteth with their day-to-day staffing needs and are looking to recruit committed and enthusiastic teachers who enjoy flexible working. These opportunities are ideal for those seeking variety, autonomy over their schedule, and exposure to different school environments.
The Opportunity
As a supply teacher, your responsibilities will include:
*Covering classes using existing lesson plans across a range of primary year groups
*Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring continuity of learning
*Providing short-term cover for staff absences, CPD days and unforeseen needs
*Adapting quickly to new school settings and routines
*Meeting safeguarding expectations and following individual school policies

You will be well-suited to this role if you:
*Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are welcome
*Are confident managing behaviour and maintaining engagement
*Are professional, flexible, and quick to adapt
*Are happy to travel across Croxteth and the wider Liverpool area
*Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS registered on the update service
*Bring a positive, proactive attitude to your teaching practice
