A leading international law firm are looking to hire an Associate Solicitor in Its Corporate team with a focus in the Energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions across a broad range of asset classes within a highly respected global practice.
The team advise on matters spanning the full energy spectrum, including mining, power, oil & gas, and other infrastructure assets. With a strong focus on international work, acting on complex cross-border transactions advising on M&A, projects, joint ventures and financing arrangements.
The Role
*Advising on private M&A transactions across the Energy sector
*Supporting cross-border transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets
*Working on projects, joint ventures and strategic investments
*Assisting with financing structures related to natural resources and energy projects
What experience is required?
*Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE
*Strong private M&A experience
*Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
