A leading international law firm is seeking a senior associate-level Solicitor to join is market-leading Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and innovative cross-border transactions across a range of key sectors, within a global legal practice.
This team advise across the full spectrum of real estate finance matters, including banking lenders, borrowers, and senior, junior and mezzanine debt providers on investment, development and structured finance transactions.
There will be aspects of assisting on real estate restructuring and insolvency matters.
The Role
*Advising on complex cross-border real estate finance transactions
*Acting for a broad range of clients: including lenders, borrowers and alternative debt providers
*Supporting structured finance transactions, investment and development financings
*Assisting with real estate restructuring and insolvency matters
What experience is required?
*Qualified Solicitor 4 PQE +
*Real Estate Finance experience
