Job Description:
Are you working in Accounts Payable at a law firm and starting to feel a bit stuck or underappreciated? If you’re good at what you do but want a role where your work is recognised and your day actually feels rewarding, this could be the move for you. This is a chance to join a well-respected London law firm where the finance team is valued, and where you’ll be trusted to make a real difference from day one.
In return, you’ll be joining a firm that genuinely invests in its people. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll benefit from a strong package including generous holiday, private medical cover, pension contributions, and a range of wellbeing perks. The firm offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two from home, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life. There’s also a real focus on training and development, so you’ll have the support to keep learning and progressing.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full accounts payable process. That includes posting and coding invoices, managing supplier accounts, reconciling statements, and running payments. You’ll also deal with queries, process expenses and credit cards, and work closely with the wider finance team to keep everything running smoothly. There’s plenty of variety, and you’ll have the chance to suggest improvements and help make processes more efficient.
If you’ve worked in the accounts team of a law firm and are ready for something new, this could be a great next step. Apply now or get in touch to find out more - happy to talk you through the role and answer any questions.
