HR BUSINESS PARTNER - 12 Month Contract
Buckingham (Hybrid)
£50,000-£60,000
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and evolving environment. This role is pivotal in aligning people strategies with organisational priorities, driving performance, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies that support organisational goals
*Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, and complex casework
*Lead on organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
*Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
*Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
*Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
About You
*Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
*Confident in managing complex employee relations cases
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
*Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused
*CIPD qualified desirable
