My client a well known law firm in Nottingham is looking to recruit a Legal secretary to join their Property department. Key Responsibilities*Providing high-quality secretarial support to the property team
*Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
*Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
*Opening and closing files, conducting Land Registry searches, and dealing with SDLT forms
*Dealing with Completion Statements and Invoicing
*Liaising with clients, and other third parties
*Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard in line with the firm’s procedures
About You*Previous experience as a legal secretary within a law firm is essential
*Experience within a property department is highly desirable
*Strong typing and document production skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
*Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to work
*Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
*Attention to detail is a must
