Job Description:
Contracts Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Long Eaton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13–£14 per hour
Macildowie are working with a client based in Long Eaton to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity within the construction/project management sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Contracts team, providing essential administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities*Monitor emails and client correspondence to track programme dates, deliveries, and installations
*Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm orders and delivery schedules
*Manage and maintain accurate project documentation
*Raise purchase orders and track supplier paperwork (delivery notes, acknowledgements, etc.)
*Support Contracts Managers with general administration and project logistics
*Handle incoming calls and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
Skills & Experience*Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Previous experience in construction or project administration is advantageous but not essential
*High attention to detail with a reliable and proactive approach
