Job Description:
Senior Negotiator - Estate Agency Sales and Lettings
*Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000+ commensurate with experience
*£40,000 - £50,000+ on target earnings, uncapped
*You will be responsible for providing expert advice to sellers/landlords, and overseeing the sales/lettings process from appraisal to listing all the way through to securing a buyer/tenant and overseeing the progression of the sale/let.
*The role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the property market in the local area, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

*Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, independence and engaging with people, this position offers the chance to work across both residential sales and lettings in a fast-moving property environment.

*Build and maintain strong relationships.
*Provide expert advice on preparing properties for sale/let, including market presentation and staging.
*Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the progress of their sale/let, feedback from viewings, and market changes.

*Work towards branch and personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow-ups with potential clients.
