All work is referral-based, giving you the time and space to focus on delivering thoughtful, detailed financial planning rather than volume.
The paraplanners within the team work collaboratively with the advisers and also benefit from full technical administrative support


Client Overview
You’ll be joining a team of four advisers, supported by paraplanners and administrators, working across pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning and employee benefits.
They’re looking for a technically strong Paraplanner who takes pride in high-quality work and wants to be part of a business where their contribution really matters.

Role Details
You’ll work closely with advisers, taking ownership of the technical side of financial planning and supporting a wide range of client scenarios, far beyond simple cases.
*Carrying out detailed research using tools such as FE Analytics
*Preparing high-quality, bespoke suitability reports across complex cases
*Supporting advisers with tax calculations and technical planning
*Producing cashflow modelling and analysis
*Working collaboratively with advisers while benefiting from full admin support
*Opportunity to attend client meetings and be involved in discussions if desired
What They’re Looking For
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (highly desirable or working towards as a minimum)
*Strong paraplanning experience within financial services
*Comfortable working on complex, varied cases
*High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
*Able to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
*Experience with Intelligent Office and FE Analytics, Genovo beneficial
Salary & Benefits
*£50,000 to £60,000 salary depending on experience
*Christmas bonus
*Tax-free bonus scheme up to £3,600 per year via Employee Ownership Trust
