Residential Cleaner
Location: SW London
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join a frindly team at a modern residential development in SW London. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, professional, and supportive environment where high standards are valued.
Key Responsibilities*Maintain all communal areas of the development to an exceptional standard of cleanliness
*Follow established cleaning schedules and routines to ensure consistency and quality
*Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks, including carpet steam cleaning and internal window cleaning
*Clean and sanitise high-touch surfaces such as door handles, intercom systems, lift buttons, and touchpads
*Dust and wipe down surfaces including skirting boards, window sills, and ledges
*Ensure bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of in accordance with site procedures
*Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns to the Building Manager promptly
*Replenish cleaning supplies where required and notify management of stock shortages
*Work in line with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements*Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred but not essential)
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
*A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
