The Role
We’re recruiting an NQ–2 PQE Solicitor to join a dynamic and friendly Real Estate team. Ideal for someone seeking strong development, hands-on work, and exposure to quality clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist and manage commercial property transactions
*Draft leases, transfers, licences, reports on title
*Conduct due diligence, searches and manage completions
*Work closely with partners and senior solicitors
*Build strong internal and external relationships
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify soon
*Real Estate seat experience preferred
*Strong technical drafting and organisational skills
*Motivated, commercially aware, and team-focused
