Job Description:
Job title:- Payroll Specialist
Duration: -08 month
Location: - Bristol, UK(Hybrid)
Responsibilities: -
*Processing monthly end to end payroll.
*Check, control and maintain amendments to employee pay and IME (International Mobile Employees).
*Calculate and prepare international salary, tax and pension payments.
*Reconcile and provide returns and associated payments to internal and external stakeholders.
*Maintenance of specific controls and control documentation for line management.
*Support employees with payroll related queries.
*Ability to deal with high volume queries across all levels in the company, demonstrating great customer care at all times.
*Carry out ad hoc requests as required in an accurate and timely manner.
*Liaise with our third-party payroll provider.
Required Skills
*Previous experience of managing large payrolls with differing levels of complexity.
*Knowledge of Tax & NI rules
*High level of attention to detail.
*Ability to work quickly & accurately under pressures to meet deadlines.
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation and externally.
*Adaptable and able to quickly react to changing priorities.
*Formal qualification preferable but more important is the ability to understand how to calculate pay.
*Great organisational skills – prioritising your workload and working independently, whilst also being a brilliant team player.
*Can use Excel to a high level
