While Glasgow is the preferred base, the team is genuinely open to flexible working arrangements, including for candidates based further afield where location can be accommodated.

The role
As a Family Law Associate Solicitor, you’ll manage your own caseload of English family law matters, advising clients on financial provision and children issues. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases while continuing to build confidence and technical expertise.
The role also involves supervising junior team members, supporting colleagues with legal queries, contributing to financial performance across matters and playing an active role in knowledge-sharing and internal training initiatives.

This role would suit a Family Law Associate Solicitor who:
*Is English qualified with 4+ years’ PQE in family law
*Has experience advising on financial and child-related matters
*Communicates clearly, confidently and without unnecessary jargon
