*Providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters
*Managing and resolving employee relations cases, including conflict resolution
*Leading the development, implementation and ongoing review of HR policies and procedures
*Ensuring accuracy and compliance of employee records
*Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting cultural development
*Analysing HR metrics and producing insightful reports to support decision-making
*Contributing to senior-level HR strategy and organisational planning
What We Would Love To See:

*A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a standalone or managerial HR role
*Experience supporting an organisation of 50+ employees
*CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or working towards)
*Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
*Highly professional, with a strong ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
