You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, including storage facilities, office buildings and retail locations.
Key responsibilities include:
*Carrying out routine inspections, testing and reactive electrical repairs
*Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
*Working in line with health & safety regulations, Permit to Work systems and company procedures
*Maintaining clean, safe and compliant working environments
*Accurately recording completed work and associated costs using internal IT systems
*Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs
*Liaising professionally with colleagues and site contacts to minimise disruption

This role would suit a proactive and reliable electrician with a strong maintenance background and a flexible approach to regional travel.
You’ll ideally have:
*A completed electrical apprenticeship
*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*A strong understanding of health & safety and risk assessments
*Confidence working independently across multiple sites
*Good IT skills to log work and maintain records
*A full UK driving licence
Additional certifications such as IPAF, CSCS, roofing or cladding experience are desirable but not essential.
