We’re working with a growing international manufacturer in Wakefield who need an experienced ERP Systems Manager to come in, take control, and deliver immediate improvements across their ERP landscape.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract where you’ll be trusted to assess the current environment, fix what’s not working, and optimise systems that underpin complex, multi-site manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Be Doing*Taking ownership of the ERP system from day one – configuration, performance, and optimisation
*Driving upgrades, fixes, and enhancements with minimal disruption to production
*Getting stuck in with operations, supply chain, and finance to streamline processes fast
*Improving MRP performance to support production planning and inventory control
*Cleaning up data and improving accuracy, governance, and reporting
*Troubleshooting issues and delivering quick, effective solutions
*Providing practical user support and guidance where needed
What We’re Looking For*Proven ERP contractor who can hit the ground running in manufacturing or similar environments
*Strong MRP knowledge and experience across core ERP modules
*Hands-on experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics
*Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver value quickly
*Solid project delivery skills – able to prioritise, execute, and get results
*SQL or scripting experience is a bonus
