This Purchase Ledger Administrator role gives you exactly that - a solid 3-month temp assignment, a clear brief, and the chance to step into a busy finance team where you’ll be trusted from day one. You’ll earn £13 - £15 per hour, with a straightforward role where you can add value quickly.
As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day ledger. That means making sure suppliers are paid on time, invoices are processed accurately, and nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be working closely with both internal teams and suppliers, keeping everything moving and resolving queries without fuss.
Day to day, you’ll be:
*Processing high volumes of invoices - coding, posting, and scanning
*Preparing and running weekly payment runs
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
*Handling supplier queries with confidence
*Supporting month-end - accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
*Managing petty cash (including foreign currency)
*Getting involved in wider finance admin when needed
This Purchase Ledger Administrator role needs someone who knows their way around a ledger already. You’ll need solid experience in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
SAP experience is non-negotiable - you’ll be expected to pick things up quickly with minimal handover.
