Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the storage and facilities sector in their search for a driven Business Development Representative.
This role would suit an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting enquiries into long-term customers. You’ll manage high volumes of outbound and inbound activity, using multiple communication channels to maximise sales and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
*Generating new business through outbound calls, inbound enquiries and targeted cold calling
*Engaging prospective customers via phone, email and live chat
*Proactively following up on quotes to convert leads and exceed sales targets
*Processing customer payments and supporting accurate credit control
*Working closely with Sales and General Managers to support campaigns and optimise sales strategies

We’re keen to speak with motivated sales professionals who are confident communicators and resilient in their approach.
You’ll ideally have:
*At least 2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing or a similar role
*Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
*Strong objection-handling and closing skills
*Confidence using CRM systems, email and live chat platforms
*A proactive, positive and target-focused mindset
