Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant.

My client are a growing law firm in Hampshire and are well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Hampshire.

The Legal Support department is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to support the Dispute Resolution team in their office in Hedge End.

This role is 100% office based.

Daily duties will include:

*Deliver effective administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners
*Provide clients with a consistently high standard of professional, friendly service across all communication channels
*Complete typing and dictation tasks accurately and efficiently
*Maintain well-structured filing systems in line with office procedures
*Manage diaries for both yourself and Fee Earners, ensuring key dates and deadlines are recorded
*Handle financial transactions promptly and in compliance with professional regulations
*Maintain a strong understanding of departmental processes, procedures and legal precedents, keeping up to date with any changes
*Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
*Prioritise workload effectively and work confidently in a fast-paced environment
*Produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Demonstrate reliability while maintaining strict confidentiality

In order to apply you must have 1+ years’ experience working within a law firm, otherwise your application will not be considered.

A background in either Litigation or Family law is also a requirement.
