Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Dorchester
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday-Friday)
Working Pattern: Hybrid- with the ability to attend the Dorchester office 1-2 days per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
You will play a key role in supporting our team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
*Answering phone calls and calling various stakeholders
*Assist with compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and onboarding documentation
*Input and manage timesheet data accurately and resolve any discrepancies
*Coordinate and request shifts with active workers
*Arrange and manage interview bookings and candidate communications
*Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders and monitor shared inboxes
*Maintain accurate records and support general data entry tasks
*Help maintain internal systems and databases, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
*Provide general office support, including document preparation and filing
Skills & Experience
*GCSEs (or equivalent)
*Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
*Customer service experience with strong communication skills
*Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
