Business Development Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £30,000 + bonus

Elevation are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of parts. The customer based is super varied and with over 60,000 products on offer, no day will be the same!
This isn’t just sales - it’s about building relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and making things happen. You’ll be at the forefront of growth, connecting with new clients, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving revenue in a thriving technical market.


What You’ll Be Doing* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals
* Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored electrical component solutions
* Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
* Hitting (and smashing!) sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborating with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
*Background in an industrial environment is desirable
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and full of initiative
*Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
*Comfortable working cross functionally across a business
