Property Manager up to £35,000 - Immediate start - Worcester
My client is an expanding, leading independent in the local area, and due to the volume of portfolio, they are seeking Property Managers who can work within the team and offer exceptional service to their landlords and investors. The Company has a large percentage of the student market in the area, and also deals with HMOs and private landlords.
They are looking for people who have worked in Residential, Block Management, or Facilities management.
The role will include
*Working within a team of 4 property managers dealing with volume calls with regards to maintenance, and dealing with contractors
*working with Student lets and HMO’s
*Dealing with contractors
*inputting information onto the Veta CRM experience would be ideal but not essential
*Working as a team
*Doing some Inspections and external appointments, so a driving license is required
Exceptional attention to detail is required, and a highly lucrative package can be available for people who can go that extra mile to get the job done.
