Full time hours on a temporary basis
*
Key Responsibilities*Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys of residential properties
*Assess building components including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, and building services
*Collect, record, and validate accurate property data using handheld devices or asset management systems
*Identify defects, health and safety risks, and compliance issues
*Provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and planned works
*Support the development of stock investment and planned maintenance programmes
*Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
*Ensure surveys are completed in line with agreed standards and timescales
*Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
*Work independently, managing your own workload and site visits
